Quite often we recommend office people to get their chairs and walk. However for teachers who move from one classroom to another and spend long hours standing, it is very important for them to sit down and rest their legs.  Statistics:- 73% of teachers experience neck and shoulder pain.  53% experience knee problems. 33% have complications of the hip joint. 82% complain of musculoskeletal disorders at least once a week.  Long hours of standing and constantly on the go demand a whole lot of toll on the muscles and joints thereby resulting in sprains and strains which often goes unnoticed under the pretext of maybe because of tiredness or stress, maybe I'm aging and so on and so forth. Very often we must've heard about activities of daily living what we call as ADLs. But what is this new Injuries of daily living? Does this mean that I will be telling you about how to injure yourself more efficiently? Definitely not. So let's take a look What are injuries of daily living? These are some injuries that occur in our day to day lives without even we noticing them. These could be those small twitches and twists, pains and cramps which I ignored saying, "happens afterall I have adulterated food unlike my forefathers."
